I have three children who are playing soccer at their own paces - a 4-year old who is taking her first touches, a 6-year old girl who is a technical club player now and an elite 8-year old club player boy who has been trained by Coach Jose, Coach Manny and his Ballmasters staff for the last 4 years where he certainly didn't begin as anything describing elite. What I really like about Jose and Manny is the flexibility to build the curriculum around the age and quality of play that the child has, to mix up individual training with joint play, inviting other commensurate talent to train with the child to further encourage development and the pleasant manner with which everything is executed. For us it is the best personal soccer training for our entire family in the city. The beauty about the program is that if parents know what the child's needs are in terms of development (from footwork, intensity to more sophisticated movements and finishing) the coaches gear the program on that input. That said, parents can also rely on the director and staff to identify talents / areas for improvement and match it to the child and parents' goals without needing parents needing to be soccer experts. I would gladly to speak to anyone contemplating using Ball Masters as a training and development tool
